Privacy notice
Last updated: 20 July 2026
This notice explains how WRENBLACK Estates handles personal information when you use this website, ask about a stay or contact us about a property partnership.
Who is responsible for your information
WRENBLACK Estates is the data controller for enquiries sent directly through this website. You can contact us at info@wrenblackestates.com or +44 779 886 8101.
Information we may receive
Depending on your enquiry, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, requested stay dates, guest count, reason for travel, pet information, property details and any notes you choose to provide.
How the website forms work
The booking and contact forms prepare an email in your own email application. The information remains in your browser until you choose to send it. This website does not itself store a database copy of the form.
Why we use information
- To answer enquiries and prepare booking quotes.
- To take steps requested by you before entering into a booking or business arrangement.
- To administer confirmed stays, support guests and protect the property.
- To meet legal, accounting, safety and fraud-prevention obligations.
- To pursue legitimate business interests such as improving our service and resolving disputes.
Sharing information
We may share only what is necessary with service providers involved in a stay or enquiry, such as cleaners, maintenance partners, payment providers, professional advisers and booking platforms. Airbnb and Booking.com process information under their own privacy notices when you use their services.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond, administer a booking, meet legal requirements or deal with a dispute. Retention periods vary according to the type of record and whether a booking proceeds.
Cookies and analytics
At launch, this website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The hosting service may use strictly necessary security and delivery technologies. If tracking tools are added later, this notice and any consent controls will be updated first.
Your rights
UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict use of your personal information, to object to certain uses and to receive some information in portable form. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
